As you know, the great Jay Koch (@JayKoch) invited me on his live radio show to chat and give some insights on meditation, Feng Shui and Life! I am very thankful and I totally connected with his own experience of riding horses, even if I never even touched one of this beautiful beings!

I just loved the energy of the show and knowing that several of my friends from Twitterville were on the call made me even more involved in the process.
